Small & Emerging Business Program Manager
LaToya Martin, CCA is the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center’s Small and Emerging Business (SEB) Program Manager. In this role, Martin is tasked with developing and managing the Small and Emerging Business Opportunity Program, which is a small business program and a DBE set aside program designed to help promote the importance of diverse and small business inclusion at the Convention Center.
